THE OPPORTUNITY
Ambipar Response. is currently seeking a Project Support Administrator based out of Edmonton, Alberta.
RESPONSIBILITIES AT HAND / WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL CONSIST OF
Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity;
Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle;
Create and update workflows on projects;
Assist in the submission of project invoices for the Project Manager;
Organize and coordinate resources for field staff, including field equipment;
Retrieve necessary information for project execution (e.g. client requirements and expectations)
Track expenses and project costs;
Monitor project progress and address potential issues;
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements;
Measure and report on project performance;
Any other duties assigned that may be relevant to this position, which may include, but are not limited to:
o Client database updates,
o Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments,
o Invoice entry
o One-Calls
o Landowner communication,
o Detailed Site Assessment Reports,
o Reclamation Certification Applications,
o Certificate of Restoration Parts 1 and 2 submissions,
o Acknowledgement of Reclamation Applications,
o Maintaining SharePoint folders, cost estimates, cost tracking, report requests, and report appendices orders
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Land Reclamation, Agrology, Business Administration or equivalent.
Professional designation or eligibility for a professional designation is preferred/an asset.
2+ years of direct experience in the industry
Hands-on experience with invoicing, flowcharts, and technical documentation
