Job Responsibilities:
• Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections, BMP installations, and BMP Maintenance
• Periodically hauling a trailer with a company pickup truck
• Conduct environmental inspections and sampling including asbestos, lead, mold, soil, groundwater, air, etc
• Prepare inspections reports based on the inspection findings
• Create maps
• Conduct asbestos and lead abatement oversight
• Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• The successful candidates will be required to read, write and speak English
• The ability to properly wear and use personal respirator equipment and other forms of personal protective equipment is required
• Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a POSITIVE attitude, good organizational skills, a strong work ethic, GREAT customer service, and be reliable
• Candidates must have a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related science or engineering field
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certificate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CADD
