About the Role:

Due to internal growth, we are looking for Expressions of Interest from experienced Cleaning Supervisors for Full Time opportunities across the Sydney Metropolitan area (south of Sydney Harbour).


You will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams and assisting the Cleaning Area Manager to ensure the day to day operational needs of the area are met and meeting with clients (government sites and public schools) to ensure the cleaning team are delivering the most effective cleaning services.

You will demonstrate sound understanding of cleaning operations, utilise your strong administration and financial skills, whilst also delivering service excellence to all external and internal stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a large number of diverse frontline employees - rosters, pays and Cleaning Best Practices
Liaising with Client and Employees on a regular basis
HSE experience in toolbox talk and risk assessment.
Professional presentation and customer service focused.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.
Working knowledge of work health and safety
Assisting with delivery of cleaning services per contractual requirements

Minimum Criteria:

Experience in Cleaning Operations and managing a diverse workforce.
Already hold or prepared to obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance
Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone.
Must hold a current and valid Driver License
Exceptional communication and technology skills
Knowledge how to conduct and handle an incident investigation.
Must have full work rights.
Must hold or ability to obtain a NSW WWC, NSW Police Clearance & Government Clearance.

This position requires you to be able to hold and maintain satisfactory employment screening, such as a Working with Children, NSW Police Clearance- and Government Clearance.
