You would be required to provide a high quality confidential administrative support service, in addition to financial and HR tasks.
This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About The Role
Provide high-quality confidential administrative support, including maintaining a high level of accuracy in all administrative duties that support the activities of MESU and the Office of the Director-General.
Monitor business unit expenses including reconciliation of corporate card statements, payroll and cab charge reports, invoice requests, journal vouchers, stationery requests and prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
Analyse and report on financial data to identify options to assist the Director and Executive Director.
Assist with the processes for the recruitment, selection and induction of branch staff, including assisting and organising recruitment and selection panels.
Assist with the monitoring of incoming telephone calls for the Director-General from all clients, including officers of the department, other government departments, external stakeholders and members of the public.
Process Ministerial and Director-General correspondence using the department's electronic document and records management system (Content Manager) providing a service that meets or exceeds agreed minimum standards.
