Bitu-mill, a division of BildGroup, is seeking a skilled and reliable Road Profiler Operator to join our Victorian Profiling team, based at our Campbellfield office. This role reports directly to the Operations and Transport Managers and plays a key part in delivering high-quality road profiling services across a variety of civil and infrastructure projects.
As a Road Profiler Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of profiling machinery, used to remove layers of asphalt or road pavement in preparation for resurfacing. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered on time, to spec, and with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
What You’ll bring to the Team:
3-5 years minimum of experience driving Wirtgen 1m and 2m Profiler’s
Proven experience within the road pavement industry.
A current Driving Licence and Construction Induction Card
Good safety focus/awareness, including the understanding of workplace documentation i.e., Safe Work Method Statements.
Ability to build strong relationships, with both internal and external parties.
Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and away from home base to meet operational needs.
A tool of trade will be provided by us.
