• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

• Organize and maintain files and databases.
• Perform data entry, update records, and prepare reports as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging venues and catering.
• Conduct research and compile data to support projects and initiatives.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is required.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed.
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
