Position: EPC Sales Manager – India
Location - Mumbai (Preferred) OR Vadodara
Job Description Summary
EPC Sales Manager India will be responsible for specify, sell and after sales support for Pall’s Filtration & Separation solution to EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Companies.
He/She will be responsible for developing account relationships, by cold calling, recurring customer contact, networking, and responding to customer inquiry. Position is focused to cater to EPC, Engineering, Licensors & PMC companies in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Energy Transition including Hydrogen & Carbon Capture Utilization and storage (CCUS), other process & industrial markets.
This role includes expansion of current accounts and market development for new customers at a Regional level. Individual Contributor with high impact
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales activities and achieve assigned order intake targets for India territory.
• Forecasts and review year sales budget. Achieve yearly and quarterly sales target assigned.
• Prospect new customers and generate opportunities. Drive and maintain healthy sales funnel.
• Collaborate and drive internal sales proposal team to develop customer centric techno-commercial offering.
• Techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with customer. Provide commercial customer insights, market intelligence to drive key strategic actions for successful sale.
• Provide Commercial sales leadership for his/her market and develop business plans.
• Implementation of daily management and implementation of standard tools/works.
• Leading process improvement projects, special tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• B.E/B.Tech (Chemical or Mechanical or Industrial) with experience in India EPC market.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• 8 – 10 years work experience
• Large capital project & Capital goods selling experience with commercial contract review including legal T&C and excellent negotiations skills
• Experience in dealing with Indian EPC Customers e.g L&T, Linde, ThyssenKrupp, Technip, Saipem, Toyo, Air Products, Megha, Axens, UOP, McDermott and EIL .
• Experience in selling Filtration system will be added advantage
• 10 – 12 days travel within India for customer meetings.
• Sales funnel management using tools like SFDC, Large Capital Projects plan.
• Working in global environment, collaboration with cross functional and cross regional structure.
• Participate & Support in transformative marketing activities like participate in tradeshow, webinars, Lunch & Learn Program and deliver technical seminars..
