We are looking for eQMS Administrator.
Work timing – 1.00 – 10.00 p.m
Job Title: eQMS Administrator – MasterControl / TrackWise
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Domain: Pharma / Life Sciences IT
Experience Required: 5+ years (minimum 2–3 years on MasterControl or
TrackWise)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced eQMS Administrator to support one of our key
clients in the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
expertise with MasterControl or TrackWise platforms and will be responsible for
the administration, maintenance, and testing of the eQMS environment,
ensuring seamless document management, workflow routing, version control,
and compliance with GxP regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the system administrator for the eQMS platform
(MasterControl or TrackWise)
● Manage and maintain the test environment, ensuring documents and
workflows function as intended
● Ensure proper document upload, routing, and archival, in accordance
with SOPs and quality requirements
● Administer version control processes during vendor-provided software
updates or system upgrades
● Oversee user access and permissions, ensuring alignment with
role-based access control policies
● Support workflow configurations, routing logic, and testing new
functionalities
● Coordinate with IT, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams for
change control and validation processes
● Ensure continued compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GxP,
21 CFR Part 11)
● Provide user support and troubleshooting for system issues
● Assist in preparing and updating training materials, SOPs, and system
documentation
● Collaborate with vendor support teams (MasterControl / TrackWise) to
resolve issues or plan upgrades
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, IT, or a related
field
● 5+ years of total IT/Quality Systems experience, with 2+ years working
on MasterControl or TrackWise
● Strong understanding of electronic document management, quality
systems, and validation processes
● Familiarity with change control, CAPA, training management, and
other eQMS modules
● Proven experience with GxP systems, CSV (Computer System
Validation), and Part 11 compliance
● Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management
skills
● Prior experience in Pharma / Life Sciences industry preferred
Nice to Have:
● Certification or formal training in MasterControl or TrackWise
● Experience with system validation and test script creation
(IQ/OQ/PQ)
● Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and global quality standards
