Servicing Construction Equipment Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Servicing Construction Equipment professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting construction machines at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
• Commission and warranty service of construction equipment
• Maintain accurate machine records and achieve target MTTR
• Develop strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively with dealer engineers to achieve customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for spare parts sales and workshop repair
• Monitor market activity and provide regular updates to management
Requirements:
Education:
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum 4-10 years experience in the earthmoving industry
Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-site with machines
• Proficiency in MS Office software
