Job Duties and Responsibilities of Equipment Maintenance Technician:
• Complete personalized fitness assessments and establish individualized exercise plans for customers
• Furnish support and education on gym sessions and precise body positioning

• Monitor how clients are advancing and make necessary changes to their plans
• Preserve a training setting that is both neat and secure
• Stay in the loop with the evolving trends and methodologies in the fitness sector

Qualifications and Experience of Equipment Maintenance Technician:
• Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) with a qualification from a recognized fitness association like NASM, ACE, or a similar establishment
• Extensive knowledge of the principles underpinning physical well-being, dietary requirements, and health guidelines
• Impressive skills in articulating thoughts and connecting with others
• The capability to drive and energize clients towards their goals
• Having previously worked in personal training is a positive factor
