Job Summary of Equipment Maintenance Technician:

Tasks will include giving one-on-one fitness coaching, devising individualized workout plans, and supporting clients in reaching their fitness goals. You will be involved in a dynamic team that aims to promote health and wellness in an inspiring and encouraging setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Equipment Maintenance Technician:
• Complete personalized fitness assessments and establish individualized exercise plans for customers
• Furnish support and education on gym sessions and precise body positioning
• Inspire and empower clients to accomplish their fitness aspirations
• Monitor how clients are advancing and make necessary changes to their plans
• Preserve a training setting that is both neat and secure
• Stay in the loop with the evolving trends and methodologies in the fitness sector
• Provide impeccable customer assistance to all clients with a commitment to excellence
• Emphasize the importance of incorporating fitness programs and services into daily routines for optimal health outcomes

Qualifications and Experience of Equipment Maintenance Technician:
• Certified Exercise Specialist (CES) with a qualification from a recognized fitness association like NASM, ACE, or a similar establishment
• Extensive knowledge of the principles underpinning physical well-being, dietary requirements, and health guidelines
• Impressive skills in articulating thoughts and connecting with others
• The capability to drive and energize clients towards their goals
• Having previously worked in personal training is a positive factor

Salary:
• The standard pay rate is $12.00 for each hour labor is put in
• The standard hourly compensation is $18.00
• The hourly rate for training sessions with clients varies from $22.00 to $33.00
