About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and minimal downtime of industrial machinery.
This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and repair or replace defective parts.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Repair or replace defective parts to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
• Willingness to work overtime
