About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Mechanic Technician to join our team at Volt. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery, including CNC machines, EDMs, compressors, dryers, manual mills and lathes, and welding equipment.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing a diverse range of machinery, including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment, while also conducting preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair a diverse range of machinery, including CNC machines, compressors, and welding equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all systems, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Provide forklift service and assist with machine moving and leveling.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnose issues with motor controls, DC controls, AC controls, and CNC controls.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Expertly change sprockets, belts, and bearings to keep our machinery in top shape.
• Service a variety of equipment, including exhaust fans, compressors, dryers, welding equipment, and more.
