Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing Loan and Credit Card systems to identify opportunities for enhancements and efficiency improvements.

Analyze current system functionalities and processes, identify gaps, and document detailed requirements and process flows.

Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories based on business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.

Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, interpreting complex technical concepts into understandable business language.

Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions, providing insights into system architecture, workflow optimization, and integration strategies.

Oversee testing phases, validate system changes, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users and stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

Strong understanding of lending processes, credit card operations, and regulatory compliance within banking.

Experience in Credit card and Loans LOS, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Flexcube CBS, and Newgen LOS.

Proven experience 6 to 12 years as a Business Analyst within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.

Tech Requirements:

Microsoft Dynamics - CRM

JIRA, Sharepoint, and Confluence

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
