• Business Related
• Converting product and structuring ideas generates by Equity Capital Markets team into client presentations with attention to detail.
• Financial analysis (historical) and financial modeling/projections after understanding client's strategic and financial objectives.
• Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck on a weekly basis
• Conducting valuation analyses including peer group comparables, precedent transactions and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.
• Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters.
