We are actively seeking an experienced and ambitious Equity Shareholder/Partner to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead, grow, and make a significant impact within the firm and the broader legal community. Candidates with a strong book of business and a proven track record in any of our practice areas are encouraged to apply. This position allows for remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing flexibility while ensuring that our high standards of client service and collaboration are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the firm's strategic growth and development in your practice area.
Maintain and expand your book of business, demonstrating a commitment to client service excellence.
Lead and mentor associates and junior partners, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
Participate in firm management, decision-making processes, and initiatives to promote firm values and culture.
Engage in business development activities to build new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice in one or more states where the firm has offices.
A minimum book of business requirement, demonstrating a strong client following and revenue generation.
Significant experience in a specific practice area, with a track record of successful client outcomes and professional recognition.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
