As part of our commitment to efficiency and effective management, we are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our ERPNext system.
Job Description:
As an ERP Administrator at Global Art Exports, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our ERPNext system, enabling seamless business processes and accurate information flow across various departments. Your responsibilities will include:
• System Administration: Oversee the overall administration of the ERPNext system, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance.
Customize and configure the ERPNext modules to align with the company's requirements and workflows.Maintain user roles permissions, and access levels to ensure data integrity and appropriate system usage.
• System Maintenance and Upgrades: Regularly monitor the ERPNext system for errors, issues, and performance bottlenecks, and take appropriate measures to resolve them.
Coordinate system updates, patches, and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.Conduct system testing and debugging to identify and address any functional or technical problems.
• Data Management and Reporting: Manage and maintain data integrity within the ERPNext system, including data entry, validation, and cleansing.
Generate and distribute accurate and timely reports, analytics, and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• User Support and Training: Provide user support and training to employees across various departments on ERPNext system usage, best practices, and new features.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user inquiries, issues, and system-related challenges.Develop training materials, documentation, and FAQs to facilitate user understanding and adoption.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Administrator or similar role, preferably with expertise in ERPNext.
• Strong understanding of ERP principles, workflows, and modules.
• Proficiency in customizing and configuring ERP systems.
• Solid technical skills, including database management and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the furniture manufacturing or export industry is a plus.
