Collaborate with internal teams to gather business and department-specific requirements.

• Configure ERP systems in alignment with organizational needs.

• Identify functional gaps and recommend customizations as needed.

• Design and document “To-Be” business process flows and system blueprints with integration points.

• Conduct comprehensive testing including Use Case Testing, UAT, SIT, and Smoke Tests.

• Analyze test results, prioritize issues, and propose effective solutions.

• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions for end-users.

• Design, validate, and execute data migration templates.

• Provide post-implementation support and continuous system improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout.

• Stay updated on ERP features and technological advancements to suggest optimal solutions.
