Co-ordinate with Operation team and resolve ERP related issues.

New updation in software, keep in touch with the software team to make changes and implement them.

Provide software related support to staff / branch and resolving branch issues via Email, Phone, and Remote software.

Conduct software training to staff / Branch.

Support to billing department and complete all billing before due date.
