Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst / ERP Specialist Location: Vile Parle West Employment Type: Rotational Shift Experience Level: [Mid-Level / Senior-Level] Department: IT Software Working hours: + hours/day Working Days: 6 Days a week Salary Range – 25k -35k Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented ERP Functional Analyst to join our IT or Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science and bring hands-on experience with leading ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics. You will play a key role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions across various business functions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze ERP requirements across departments (Finance, Procurement, SCM, etc.). Configure and support ERP modules such as: Finance & Accounting Supply Chain Management Procurement Participate in the implementation and testing of ERP systems and upgrades. Develop and execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue resolution. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Assist with the integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications. Document processes, configurations, and support procedures. Train end-users and provide post-implementation support. Continuously evaluate ERP system performance and suggest improvements aligned with business goals.
