ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY: -
· Handling overall store work
· Bulk Material Purchase and Maintaining Vendors
· Daily MRN Preparation and Maintaining Stock Inventory
· Preparation of Stock Statement
· Knowledge in ERP (IN4) working.
· Weekly Stock Physical Verification
· Visit to work spot and wastage control
· RMC Plant record maintenance
· Supplier Bill Verification and Submission
· Stock Ledger maintenance for all Materials
· Maintenance of Inward Register
· Follow up with RO for Material Purchase & Supplier Payment
· Handling petty Cash Position
· Maintaining worksite Expenses and All bank transaction and Overall accounts.
· Preparation of Job Cost Ledger and Journal Voucher
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
