Job Description
Our client is looking for a talented and professional ERP Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the early implementation and management of their ERP system ( either Workday or Oracle Fusion) , prioritizing modules in Financial - GL, Supply Chain and HR. The right candidate has extensive experience with either Workday or Oracle Fusion and a solid background in cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing and managing the ERP system in line with company needs and processes.
• Prioritizing and setting up the Financial - GL module swiftly and efficiently.
• Coordinating the integration of Supply Chain and HR modules in line with business operations.
• Managing and overseeing proper cloud management and security protocols.
• Ensuring effective integration of ERP with other systems within the organization.
• Review, test and update ERP system as needed.
• Lead the creation of the project and resource plans, setting realistic and manageable expectations respective to timeline and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Experience with Workday or Oracle Fusion
• Proven experience quickly setting up GL (General Ledger), and with delivering modules for Financial - GL, Supply Chain, and HR in ERP implementation
• Cloud experience, preferably in a healthcare or educational institution setting
• Familiarity with integration and analytic reporting tools
• Knowledge of healthcare or higher education industry best practices
• Experience in handling Financial - GL, Supply Chain, and HR modules.
• Solid understanding and professional experience with cloud infrastructures.
• Experience in a healthcare or university level environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of Business Process and Business Reengineering.
• Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:
• Experience with integration and analytic reporting tools.
• Prior experience in a similar role in the Healthcare or University education sectors.
