Job Description
Deep understanding of Cloud Based ERP (e.g., NetSuite, MS Dynamics, MS Navision, IFS) functionality across the breadth of the product with focus on Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, CRM.
Knowledge in implementations, understanding the impacts of delivering multi subsidiary implementations to customers.
Provides functional and technical expertise to support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of customers ERP solution.
Application of prior experience to provide a best of breed process for customers covering Quote to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire etc. Ability to work with customers and end-users to build specifications for configurations, UI and bespoke customisations.
Ability to carry out gap analysis on customers current process and make recommendations for improvements.
Works closely with customers to create solution outlines and solution definitions for new requirements to extend the use of ERP.
Ability to think analytically and conceptually in order to understand
