About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven ERPNext Functional Consultant who
can understand business workflows, translate them into ERP solutions, and ensure smooth
implementation across modules.
Key Responsibilities
● Analyze client business processes (As-Is) and design optimized ERP workflows (To-Be)
● Configure and implement ERPNext modules based on business requirements
● Collaborate with clients to understand real estate-specific workflows
● Prepare detailed documentation including SOPs, training manuals, and meeting notes
● Conduct client training sessions and support post-implementation
● Work closely with developers for customization and issue resolution
Required Skills & Knowledge
● Strong hands-on experience with ERPNext modules:
○ Accounting & Finance
○ Sales & CRM
○ Inventory & Warehouse
○ Project Management
● Understanding of Real Estate ERP workflows:
○ Project Management
○ Site Management
○ Tender Management (preferred but not mandatory)
● Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills
● Excellent written communication (SOPs, documentation, summaries)
● Client-facing experience with a solution-oriented mindset
● Familiarity with ERPNext/Frappe Desk and project tracking tools
