Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Time and Absence Configurator with over 5 years of hands-on experience to join our global HR technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules. This role requires strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across regions and teams. Should be willing to work a few hours overlapping with Eastern time zone. Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules in accordance with business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional configurations using Workdays framework and best practices.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end time and absence processing.
Support system upgrades, releases, and testing activities (unit, regression, and user acceptance testing).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.
Create and maintain configuration documents, process maps, and training materials.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and time-off policies for India, the Philippines, and other supported geographies.
Provide user support and training to HR administrators and end users.
Partner with the Workday support team for incident resolution and optimization initiatives.
Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
