Escape Room Game Master
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic customer service staff. Applicants need to be confident, outgoing with a great sense of humour.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests, introduce the experience, issue hints and clues and reset the experience while providing an outstanding level of customer service at all times.
Essential Functions:
Greet guests in lobby
Lead guests to game room and give verbal instructions
Answer questions and provide clues to facilitate guest game experience
Meet group after game has concluded to take payment and celebrate accomplishments
Reset game room for next group of guests
Job Requirements:
Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills, email, etc.…
Effective verbal and written communication skills
General tidying and cleaning
Provide enthusiastic service for all guests
Monitor guests activity and engage via computer screen up to 1 hour
Need to be able to lift up to 15kg, reach, squat and kneel
Available shifts Monday - Sunday. Primarily for weekend work. You must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
