What You’ll Do
Welcome players and explain the game rules
Run escape room games and give hints when needed
Bring energy, fun, and great customer service to every group
Reset rooms so each team gets the same amazing experience
Handle bookings, payments, and phone enquiries
Help with general tasks during quiet periods
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, bubbly personality with customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Team player who can work independently
Reliable and well organised
Excellent sense of priority
Requirements
Legal right to work in Australia
Fluent in English
Available for weekdays and weekends
Reliable transport to Cannington and/or Victoria Park
Role Details
Minimum 10 hours per week
More availability = more hours
At least 2 full days availability per week (a mix of weekday & weekend; excluding Wednesdays for Cannington)
