Job Summary:
The Estate Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, upkeep, maintenance, staffing, and smooth functioning of a private estate or property. This includes buildings, grounds, staff, security, utilities, and administrative compliance. The role demands operational efficiency, high discretion, and a proactive approach to ensure the estate runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: Property & Infrastructure Management
Oversee daily operations of the estate including buildings, gardens, utilities, and amenities.
Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for structures, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and landscaping.
Liaise with architects, contractors, interior designers, and vendors for repair or renovation works.
Staff Management
Hire, train, and manage domestic and estate staff (housekeepers, gardeners, drivers, security, cooks, maintenance personnel).
Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper delegation and performance.
Maintain discipline, address grievances, and conduct regular staff meetings and evaluations.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain inventory of estate assets, equipment, and supplies.
Oversee estate-related documentation such as property taxes, insurance, AMC contracts, utilities, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare annual budgets and control operational expenses.
Security & Safety Oversight
Ensure physical security of the property through staff, CCTV systems, and monitoring protocols.
Implement emergency protocols and disaster management procedures.
Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies or inspections.
Horticulture & Landscape Management
Supervise gardening staff and maintain lawns, kitchen gardens, ornamental plants, and trees.
Ensure seasonal upkeep and introduce sustainable practices where applicable (e.g., rainwater harvesting, composting).
Logistics & Transportation
Oversee maintenance and scheduling of vehicles.
Manage travel arrangements for residents or guests, if required.
Supervise drivers and ensure vehicle compliance with RTO regulations.
Hospitality & Guest Management
Coordinate housekeeping and catering during events or when guests are hosted at the estate.
Ensure high standards of service and discretion in managing the family’s or guests’ needs.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates and reports to the owner or designated authority.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Suggest improvements in operations or cost-efficiency measures proactively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
5–8years of experience in managing estates, private villas, or high-end residential properties.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
Familiarity with staff and vendor management.

Pay: ₹14,651.67 - ₹43,340.34 per month
