General Responsibilities
The Hammam & Body Care Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality Moroccan scrubbing and body treatments in accordance with established spa protocols. The role ensures exceptional client experience while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Core Duties
Welcome and assist clients professionally upon arrival.
Provide clear explanations of facilities (steam room, sauna) and treatment processes.
Prepare personalized treatment materials (products, linens, equipment).
Maintain hammam cleanliness and disinfect treatment tables between clients.
Perform traditional and modern body scrubs using exfoliating gloves and professional products.
Deliver complementary treatments including body wraps, head spa, , facial masks, scalp massage, and hand/foot scrubs.
Follow all sanitation and product handling protocols.
Promote spa services and recommend retail products appropriately.
Requirements
Experience in spa, esthetics, or body treatments preferred.
Strong client service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to hygiene and detail.
Availability for weekend shifts required.
Completion of secondary school.
Certification in esthetics or body treatments is an asset.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
Customer service skills required.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
