Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, beauty services, and guest experiences in a welcoming environment. This role involves performing a variety of esthetic services, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and promoting retail products to enhance their overall experience. The Esthetician will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and contributing to the overall success of our spa or salon. Candidates with international experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities
Perform skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
Provide additional beauty services including makeup application and nail care as needed
Perform eyebrow and eyelash tinting with attention to safety, precision, and client preferences
Shape and groom eyebrows using waxing, threading, or tweezing techniques
Assist guests with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products to enhance their results
Deliver excellent guest services by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all treatments and work areas
Engage in retail sales by upselling products that complement client treatments
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
Stay informed about the latest trends in esthetics, skincare, and beauty treatments to offer innovative services
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance revenue opportunities
Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care with professionalism
Front desk experience is a plus for managing appointments and guest interactions
Hospitality-oriented mindset focused on creating a positive guest experience
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
