Responsibilities
Perform professional skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyebrow shaping and tint
Provide expert nail care services including manicures and pedicures
Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all procedures
Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty solutions
Manage front desk duties including guest check-in/out and appointment scheduling
Offer exceptional guest services to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Upsell additional services or products in a professional manner to enhance client experience
Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
Skills
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to esthetician services
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations
Proficiency in front desk operations including scheduling and guest management
Skilled in body waxing, eyebrow tidy and shaping and tint
Ability to educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits
Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for guests
