Full Job Description
Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
Ensuring the product study once drawing received with concerned dept. head
BOQ/PI preparation with appropriate terms and conditions
Bills of materials( list of material with their quantity)
Product wise break up as per the rate card provided by the Purchase dept.
Product wise break up verification and necessary approval getting
Preparing the Performa invoice after the approval
Necessary approval for Performa invoice before sending to client
Sending the Performa invoice to client as per the breakup / standard rate card
Revision the Performa invoice if required
Time to Time updation of the raw material rate card
Time to Time updation of standard product rate card.
