Role Overview
We're seeking an Estimation Executive to handle quantity take-offs, prepare BOQs, conduct rate analysis, and support project costing. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and interior billing, along with strong communication and documentation skills. Site visits and client coordination are essential for accurate estimation and smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
• Analyze tender documents, drawings, and scope of work to create accurate estimates.
• Handle client billing (RA Bills / Final Bills) and subcontractor billing based on work progress.
• Reconcile quantities between GFC drawings, site execution, and vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with the site team to verify physical progress before raising bills.
• Validate subcontractor invoices and issue work orders accordingly.
• Maintain updated rate analysis and vendor rate cards.
• Assist the procurement team in cost comparison and vendor finalization.
• Maintain project documentation related to estimation, billing, and variation claims.
• Track project budget and suggest cost optimization measures where applicable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Estimation and costing or related field.
• Freshers to 4 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and basic SketchUp
• Strong understanding of contract billing (RA/final), taxation, and deductions.
