About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimation/Quotation Engineer to join our team at finemake. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estimates for interior projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for interior projects, including analysis of design documents and specifications.
- Communicate with clients and partners to discuss estimates, answer questions, and provide updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Address any concerns or changes requested by clients/partners in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an estimator or similar role in the interior design or construction industry, with a focus on B2B projects.
Desirable Skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, specialized estimation software).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and design elements relevant to interior design projects.
