Our Client is looking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie with Middle Eastern cuisine experience. Our successful Chef de Partie will run a specific section in a kitchen, and report to the Sous Chef.

Key Duties:
• Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Managing and training Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Responsibilities:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively
• The ability to meet hygiene standards
• Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative
Requirement:
