Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop innovative ethnic wear collections.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs.

- Conduct market research to stay updated with current trends in ethnic fashion.

- Create detailed sketches and prototypes of new designs.

- Select fabrics, embellishments colours, and styles for each garment.

- Attend fittings and oversee the production process to maintain quality and style.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design, specifically in ethnic wear.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in ethnic wear.

- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ready to join within 2-3 days.

- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
