ETL Developer (SQL, PLSQL, Informatica & Oracle FLEXCUBE 14. x data model knowledge)

We handle the enhancements to the existing platform/Services to cater to the growing business needs based on industry trends, either functionally or technically and provide state-of-the-art solution offerings.
The solution involves offering core banking surround services and enhancements.
We are looking for Sr. ETL Informatica- Technology Specialists who will work on the delivery of key initiatives including Finance Technology Projects and application enhancements that influence the bank’s management decision-making process, regulatory reporting (which can influence financial/non-financial penalties) and MIS reporting.
Perform full SDLC life cycle work, including analysis, design, development, enhancement, testing, maintenance, and technical support for this project.
Optimize the processes and automate the ETL Workflow monitoring and exception handling.
The focus is also to evaluate the integration of various data sources like Oracle, SQL server and sequential files into the staging area and recommends and/or implements efficiencies also Perform data analysis, data mapping, data loading, and data validation, reusability, parameterization, workflow design, etc.
Support other ETL developers; providing mentoring, technical assistance, troubleshooting and alternative development solutions, also experience in Oracle Database using SQL and PL/SQL.
Oracle FLEXCUBE backend data model knowledge
Good to have experience with DWH/OFSAA Applications.
Key Result Areas
Performs technical walk-through as needed to communicate design/coded solution and to seek input from team members.
Develop ETL processes using Informatica, ETL control tables, error logging, auditing, data quality, etc.
Implement data cleanup procedures, transformations, scripts, stored procedures, and execution of test plans for loading the data successfully into the targets.
Enterprise-level ETL development and ETL architecture using Informatica and understanding/ using file structures.
Work on Oracle Database using SQL and PL/SQL.
PLSQL technical knowledge is essential
Perform performance tuning and work end-to-end lifecycle using Enterprise-wide data warehouse.
Exposure to Banking and Finance Domain is a must
Knowledge of Core Banking data is a must

You will apply your extensive knowledge of developing and maintaining workflow codes using the Informatica tool to convert the business requirements into deployable code. You would be responsible for the entire development life cycle viz., the development until production implementation.
Your Qualifications
Any Computer Science-based graduation [BE/B Tech/MCA]
3-5+ years in software development
Hands-on development experience in Informatica tool
Experience in Banking Domain, Oracle FLEXCUBE
Good understanding of DWH concepts and implementation
Good analytical skills and presentation skills
Excellent Communication Skills

Your Responsibilities

Understanding the requirements of the Functional Team
Understanding the Technical Design
Developing the code that aligns to the technical design and coding standards
Conduct Peer-Code Reviews for early detection of defects and code quality
Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Non-Regression Testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes
Delivery of secure and clean code that is stable, well tested, operational, consistent and well-performing
Take part in multiple project discussions
Ability to handle day-to-day support activities and ETL Admin-related activities.
Troubleshooting ETL jobs and following escalation procedures to resolve the issue
Filtration criteria:
3-5+ years of experience in Informatica ETL tool
SQL and PL/SQL programming
Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE backend data model
Good analytical skills and presentation skills
