Job description –
Ability to design ETL systems to ingest, curate, transform, model and load data into data warehouses and other data containers.
Build data pipelines which can be used by business intelligence tools for Analytics.
Required Technical Expertise –
3+ years of ETL development and Migration experience
2+ years of developing experience in the Azure
Azure certification a plus.
Build, configure and manage ETL solutions , Tune performance using Azure
Schedule recurring ETL jobs, chain multiple jobs together, or invoke jobs on-demand from other services like azure
Schedule recurring ETL jobs, chain multiple jobs together, or invoke jobs on-demand from other services like azure
Generates ETL code to transform source data into target schemas and able to load into its destination
Need to categorize data, enrichment and move it reliably between data stores and data streams
Organize, cleanse, validate, and format data for storage in a data warehouse or data lake
Ability to perform data manipulations, load, extract from several sources of data into another schema.
Understanding of core Azure services, and basic Azure architecture best practices.
Candidate should have hands on experience on Azure along with data warehouse concept and methodology
Good to have knowledge or work experience on Data lake
Azure Experience in Azure tools
Understanding of software design patterns
Ability to understand requirements and changes to requirements
Strong communication skills - in onsite / offshore engagement models
