Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EU Road Freight Coordinator to join a growing freight forwarder. This full-time position involves overseeing the entire EU road freight process, from booking to invoicing, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately. The coordinator will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily EU road freight operations, including bookings, invoicing, and documentation management.
• Manage groupage and related documentation.
• Raise job files and ensure necessary operational paperwork is completed.
• Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for seamless operations and invoicing.
• Assist the sales team with quotations and provide service-related information.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Road Freight Operations (Import & Export) with a UK-based freight forwarder.
• Strong knowledge of EU Import and Export operations.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
