Job Role
Standard Chartered Bank Plc will be embarking on a important strategic project to roll out the (End User Computing) EUC Governance Tool (CIMCON) across Finance and Treasury, with the priority focus to bring the functions EUCs to be compliant with UK SoX.
The individual in this role will need to partner closely with Finance, Finance Operations, Treasury Management and Operational Risk teams, Global Process Owners, CFOs, COOs and CIOs to
• Support the design and implementation of the EUC Governance Operating Model including controls within UK SoX.
• Support in defining business requirements for CIMCON implementation.
• Support in defining frameworks, standards and guidelines for EUC controls which are not implemented within the EUC Governance Tool.
• Support EUC Governance Key Control Indicators design and implementation to run within BAU.
• Support in establishing a mechanism and forum to review EUC Governance Operating Model design.
• Support in communication and training roll out of target EUC Governance controls and CIMCON
