Role Description
EUDA Governance exists in response to the increasing focus Regulators and Auditors (internal & external) are putting on validating that End User Computing Applications (EUCs) - a key area for potential risk - are adequately evaluated and controlled. EUCs are known as 'End User Developed Applications' (EUDAs) at the Bank, which are applications (typically MS Excel/MS Access), used as part of a business process and maintained by the end user. EUDAs/EUCs comprise where the solution carries Inherent Business Risk and has no formal IT support.
The Global EUDA Governance Team is responsible for defining governance and procedures for EUDAs/EUCs monitoring their implementation and providing tools for EUC owners to evidence compliance with those controls.
The team is based in Birmingham, UK with strong links to London and India. The team work closely with stakeholders globally in all divisions of the Bank.

Your key responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the Global EUDA Governance team and have the following responsibilities:
• Initially, automating all reporting within the team that is MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint and PowerPoint based, thereafter becoming the point of contact for team members to support with reporting.
• Overseeing SharePoint Online Migration project
• Managing the EUDA Reporting tool.
• Supporting business requirements for the EUDA Inventory, Change and Reporting tools.
• Compiling regular reporting in the team and supporting the month forum including four-eyes and presenting data.
• The technical point of contact for EUDAs
• Audit - support the Global EUDA Governance Lead in Audits - internal, external and regulatory.
• Oversee the EUDA Controls framework:
• Overall management of EUDA controls including ensuring reporting and documentation are maintained
• Working with stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness of EUDA controls
• To enhance correctness of control compliance
• Regular review against regulations including MaRisk and BA IT
• Overseeing documentation for the team including creating and maintaining
• Perform various data 'deep-dive' exercises as and when required including data quality.
• Various EUDA Governance ad-hoc responsibilities, as required
Your skills and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Office365 especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint online.
• Strong experience of VBA and SQL.
• Reporting automation skills
• Reporting compilation experience.
• Data quality, data analysis
