Job description
Role- Content Marketing Manager

Years of Experience- 3+Years

Location-Pune(Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Content Creation:
• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms designed to promote growth, including blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, website copy, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with the firm's overall growth marketing strategy and goals.

Research:
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the accounting and finance industry.

Content Strategy:
• Assist in developing and executing content marketing strategies that support the firm's business objectives from a growth perspective and industry go-to-market channels
• Identify opportunities to repurpose and update existing content to maximize its impact.

Brand Voice And Tone:
• Ensure all content adheres to the firm's brand voice and tone guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone across all communication channels.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with other marketing team members, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather insights and information for content creation.
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, and our executive leadership on special projects that help convey our global brand and enhance our reputation within the industries we serve

Editing And Proofreading:
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure all content is grammatical-error-free and adheres to the firm's style guide.

Requirements

Must Have
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted writing and ideation tools such as Chat GPT into the content development process
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from various sources.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the accounting industry and its terminology is a plus.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Good to Have

SEO And Keyword Optimization:
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content to improve search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the lead generation process to ensure that sales funnel is full of hot leads.
• Maximize sales funnel efficiency using effective communication and outreach activities.
• Create and manage cold email and account based marketing campaigns on Apollo.
• Use Apollo to find prospects that fit our ICP.
• Connect with prospects via email campaigns and/or LinkedIn.
• Use the campaign data, market research data and experience to maintain an updated ICP.
• Create hyper-personalized email and message copies for outreach activities.
• Do online research for best execution of outreach activities.
• Create and run targeted social media campaigns to boost engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve our lead generation process.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings and calls with the sales team.
• Participate in regular training sessions and webinars to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Candidate Requirements
• MBA or a bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead generation role.
• Must-have skills: Excellent communications skills in English and experience of using Apollo.io for email campaigns and prospecting.
• Strong skills in cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
