We’re looking for highly talented individuals to join the team at Ford Pro Intelligence and play an integral role in growing our data and solutions business. We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager that is passionate about technology and energised by working for a start-up organisation within one of the biggest automotive brands in the world. The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our cutting-edge digital products and data driven solutions. This position requires an understanding of the connected vehicle market, our customer needs, and the ability to develop and execute effective product strategies to position Ford Pro as the industry leader.

Responsibilities
• Develop product strategies to drive adoption, and revenue growth for our SaaS products in the connected vehicle sector
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors in the B2B fleet sector
• Define future product road map and development priorities for the European market, in collaboration with the global Product Management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for our connected vehicle solutions
• Work closely with future vehicle programme teams to define future embedded technology requirements and digital revenue streams
• Analyze and track key performance indicators to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges for our products in the connected vehicle sector

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry with a focus on connected vehicles or automotive solutions
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies for technology products
• Strong understanding of the connected vehicle sector, including knowledge of telematics, IoT, and automotive software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to a rapidly evolving industry landscape
