Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EV Lead to oversee our Eligibility Verification (EV) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing or EV processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage team performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the EV team
Ensure timely and accurate completion of eligibility verifications
Train, guide, and support team members to meet quality and productivity benchmarks
Monitor team performance and report key metrics
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth workflow
Address escalations and ensure issue resolution
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Eligibility Verification or US Healthcare domain
Prior team handling experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to work night shift
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
