Short Description
To steer the definition of the various electrical/electronic/mechanical interfaces, schematics or architecture, complete electrical communication matrix and come to a full fledge mechanical/Electrical/Electronic integration. Under this assumption, you will integrate EV drivetrain systems at automotive standard level taking care:
o To develop EV project
o To supervise and lead cooperation EV projects
o To develop and optimize cross platform solution/working relationship/continuous interaction with development team and deliver with Quality in committed Time.
o To focus on: Project and system steering, EV System architecture, Coordination, Reporting
Key Responsibilities
EV drivetrain cooperation project and system steering
Based on project inputs, discuss technical target.
Develop platform solution in order to be usable in different project
Participate to the architecture definition through usage of proper tools (Ansys etc.)
Steer cooperation project interfacing with different model line and external partner.
Participate to the definition and tracking of project/platform time plan according to project requirement.
Participate to definition and tracking of Benchmarking.
Interface/connect/collaborate with several and different department.
Collect and track all the project level requirements.
Define comprehensive and fault free RASIC chart.
Support to the coordination of internal intersectional interdepartmental resources and coordinate the activities across different section in and out Hero.
Preparation of quality gate during different phase of the project
EV drivetrain cooperation project Development alignment/management and company standard application
Steer the development of E drivetrain.
Support systems engineering to ensure ISO compliant systems architecture in the early phase of projects
Care about Hero specific requirements, development standard safety requirements in terms of ISO26262 adherence.
Define necessary processes, define a working model with clear RASIC throughout the development process to achieve functional safety requirements
Conduct and steer relevant activities necessary out of the defined safety development process for each project
Conduct HARA, risk analysis
Support the system integration team and architecture team
Support to integrate e-drivetrain systems
Support to develop E drivetrain architectures
Skills Information
Extensive knowledge in project management
Knowledge in EV vehicle
Knowledge of EV systems and architectures
Knowledge in development and testing
Extensive knowledge in problem solving
Experience in coordination and steering of a EV project
Experience in team leading
Experience in time planning and project tracking
Knowledge of main automotive process

Ability to communicate well through writing and be able to create flowcharts and diagrams
Experience in the field of system test development, and deployment of high volume applications.
Experience in working under time constraint and under pressure

Expert in system level DFMEA
Expert in defining the communication matrix with priority status in the electrical system

Education
B.TECH
M.TECH in ELECTRONICS or ELECTRICAL
Relevant Experience
Experience in automotive EV system and architecture steering
5+ years
Worked in relevant architecture design and testing is a plus
