Job Description
We at CarDekho are looking for Technical Retail Associates who will help in ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct salesmanship, and prompt and courteous service by assisting customers with questions and needs.
Should be capable of repair and maintenance of cars.
Should have a good technical knowledge (Practical)
Should not hesitate to make his hands dirty at the tim e of break down of a vehicle on the way or at the yard.
•2-6 years of relevant customer handling/retail experience is a must & Automotive Category experience will be preferred. •2+ years of experience as an Evaluator / Mechanic / Service Advisor or Assistant Service Advisor in a reputed authorized service station. •Bachelor's Degree in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience •Extremely organized with strong time-management and communication skills •Should be comfortable working on weekends
