Evaluations & Insights Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Evaluations & Insights Coordinator to join ATWC. This part-time role (20 hours per week) will support the implementation of our evaluation strategy, working closely with the Evaluation and Project Lead to capture meaningful insights from service users and external stakeholders.
Your work will help reflect the authentic voices of those we serve, support evidence-based decision making, and contribute to continuous organisational improvement.

About the Role
As Evaluations & Insights Coordinator, you will:
Support the Evaluation Lead with implementation of ATWC’s Evaluation Strategy
Coordinate focus groups and interviews with stakeholders to capture narratives supporting impact reporting
Prepare key metric data and evaluation reports
Collate insights and trends from evaluation data
Support administration, collation, and distribution of evaluation insights (surveys, interviews, etc.)
Present insights in ways that reflect the authentic voices of stakeholders
This role is 20 hours per week and contributes directly to strengthening ATWC’s understanding of the impact of our services.

Experience in evaluation, research, or data analysis
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines
Ability to facilitate group work and engage a diverse range of stakeholders

Adaptability and critical thinking skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development in evaluation and research
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Evaluation, Research, or similar) preferred
Experience in NGO social services is a plus
