Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

This individual will play a key role in supporting our Accounts department by handling

daily data entry tasks, managing inventory records, and tracking cash flows. The ideal

candidate will be proficient in Excel, have strong attention to detail, and be capable of

managing administrative tasks related to operations.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Record Maintenance Accurately input financial and inventory data

into spreadsheets and internal systems.

• Maintain and update records for inventory, assets, and cash flows.

• Inventory Management:

• Track inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of incoming and

• outgoing stock.

• Assist in monitoring inventory turnover and report any discrepancies or

• shortages.

• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Cash Flow Tracking:

• Assist in monitoring daily cash flow, ensuring all payments and receipts are

• accurately recorded.

• Assist in preparing regular reports on cash balances, payments due, and receivables.

• Work with the finance team to identify any cash flow issues and take necessary action.

• Excel & Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track financial and inventory data.

• Create and manage reports using Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, andcharts).

• Assist with data analysis to help identify trends and provide actionable insights to

management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a finance or

inventory management environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (strong knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, data entry,

etc.).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

tasks simultaneously.

• Basic understanding of finance, cash flow management, and inventory control (no

accounting degree required).

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus, but not required.
