Elev8 Events, a premier travel agency dedicated to curating extraordinary experiences, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Administrative Assistant/Customer Service professional. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Travel Department, ensuring the smooth operation of travel services while delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities
• Travel Coordination: Assist in booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Administrative Support: Manage inquiries, correspondence, and maintain records for the Travel Department.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments for travel advisors.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and format travel documents, itineraries, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, expenses, and travel bookings.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other vendors to confirm bookings and resolve issues.
