Event and Promotions Assistant
We are actively seeking an Event and Promotions Assistant to collaborate closely with our Event Coordinators in increasing the availability and awareness of our clients' products at pre-planned local events. As a customer-focused company, our mission is to create an engaging, positive, and memorable experience for customers around each brand. The primary responsibility of the Event Customer Service Representative is to facilitate the brand experience through professional interactions with customers during events.
Core Responsibilities:
• Serve as the voice and face of the brand at events
• Provide knowledgeable responses to consumer questions after completing brand and product training
• Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to interested customers
• Assist customers in completing order forms or registrations during promotions
• Provide approximate product package quotes based on a solid understanding of pricing
• Maintain detailed records of event traffic, frequently asked questions, and any issues to help improve customer service
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills; experience in direct customer service at events is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capable of working both independently and as part of the Event Team
• Able to present a professional, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor to customers and team members
• Flexible with availability, able to work evenings and weekends for event scheduling
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
